Annual Audit 2025-26

Every year Toller Porcorum Parish Council is required to complete an Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR). An AGAR is a legal requirement and failure to submit one would lead to the Parish Council being fined and reported to the Secretary of State for further sanctions.

To complete an AGAR Parish Council must appoint an independent auditor to carry out checks on our financial statements and procedures. The internal audit and AGAR is in progress and the documents below form part of what is required. The remaining documents will be published when the audit and AGAR have been approved by Parish Council at its meeting 13 May 2026.
